- Terroir: Former beds of the Isère composed of alluvial limestone soils in the town of Pont de l'Isère.
- Vinification / Ageing: Direct pressing with fermentation and ageing in amphora for several months.
- Cellaring potential: Up to 5 years.
- Tasting: Fine, fruity and fresh mouth with citrus and apricot notes.
- Pairings: Razor shells with parsley butter, sea bass en papillote with fennel, fresh goat cheese with olive oil.
