Description
- Grape variety (-ies): Rolle/Vermentino, Syrah
- Terroir: Former beds of the Isère composed of alluvial limestone soils in the town of Pont de l'Isère.
- Vinification / Ageing: Direct pressing with fermentation and ageing in amphora for several months.
- Cellaring potential: Up to 5 years.
- Tasting: Mineral and fruity wine with notes of peach, citrus and exotic fruits.
- Pairings: Tapenade, fish rillettes, gazpacho, olive oil and thyme marinated raw vegetables, ewe cheese, strawberry tart.
- Sommelier’s tips: Serve at 8 - 10°C.
